By using SnapVoyages you accept the terms set out on this page. They describe an information website, not a travel service.
1.Purpose of the site
SnapVoyages publishes general informational content about cruise destinations, ports and cruise lines. It is not a booking service, a travel agency or a cruise operator, and it cannot make, change or cancel any travel arrangement.
2.No advice
Nothing on this site is travel, legal, medical, insurance or financial advice. Decisions you make after reading this site are your own, and should be verified with the cruise line, your travel provider and the relevant official authorities.
3.Accuracy and availability
Content is published in good faith on the basis of the sources cited on each page. Cruise operations change frequently, and we do not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free. We may change or remove content, and the site may be unavailable at times.
4.External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for verification and convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. A link is not an endorsement.
5.Intellectual property and trademarks
Text and original graphics on this site belong to SnapVoyages. Map geometry is derived from public-domain geographic data, credited on the pages where it appears. Cruise line names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify those companies factually; SnapVoyages is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
6.Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not scrape it at volume, republish substantial portions as your own, or use it to build a derivative database without permission.
7.No accounts, no transactions
There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy here. The site offers no accounts, subscriptions, purchases or payments, and it does not show live cruise prices, availability or sailing schedules. No booking or agency relationship arises between you and SnapVoyages, and we hold no responsibility for arrangements you make with an operator or agent.
8.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SnapVoyages is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site. See also our disclaimer.
9.Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
