What SnapVoyages is

SnapVoyages is an independent cruise information resource. It explains how cruising works geographically and operationally, using published sources. It is not a cruise line, a travel agency, a booking service, a port or terminal operator, and it is not a customer-support channel for any cruise operator.

Where to go for booking and operational matters

For anything tied to a specific sailing or reservation, the operator or provider holds the information and the authority to act. That includes an existing booking, payment, cancellation, refunds, cabin assignment, check-in, boarding instructions, exact terminal or berth information, itinerary changes affecting a booked sailing, lost property, and operator-specific customer service.

Contact the relevant cruise line, travel provider, port authority or booking provider as appropriate. SnapVoyages cannot act on your behalf with an operator.

What to get in touch about

• Factual corrections. Tell us the page, the statement, and the source that contradicts it. Corrections with a citation are acted on fastest.
• Better sources. If an official body publishes something more authoritative than what we cite, we want to know.
• Coverage suggestions. Regions, cruise areas or topics you expected to find and did not.
• Accessibility problems. Anything on the site that is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader or at high zoom.

What we cannot help with

• Bookings, cancellations, refunds or changes — contact your cruise line or agent
• Prices, availability or current sailing schedules
• Personal recommendations about which cruise to choose
• Travel documentation, visa or medical questions, which need official sources

We also do not take itinerary planning requests, personalised recommendations, quote requests, guest posts, link exchanges or SEO solicitations.
